We loved the room. Clean, practical and comfortable. The breakfast was a little chaotic... You need at least one or two more people in the restaurant at breakfast time. Most of the people in the reception were not very pleasant or polite.

I found the staff very friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I would recommend this hotel including its central location

Good breakfast- friendly stuff- excellent location- beautiful old lift. Air conditioner was broken- SPA was closed during working hours- no free internet access for guests- roof terrace was closed..

very welcome staff, very nice hotel, the rooms were not quite large but for their use were perfect, with great interior design, comfort bed, bed and linen changed everyday. It's location is right next to the station but not in a road you might afraid to walk until to. Recommend it!would stay again!!

Internet muy malo, se desconecta a cada rato. El personal es correcto, aunque no pasa de ahí, nada extraordinario.

Приятный отель, хорошо расположен. Номера простые, не очень маленькие, вода в душе горячая. Завтрак простой, но можно выбрать что-нибудь. Кофе эспрессо. На короткий срок (2-3 дня) без детей вполне ничего.

very nice hotel, very clean, charming people. That was nice to have the spa. I appreciated it and I recommend it. The only little deception was the breakfast. Too low quality products for a 4-star hotel and no free coffee/ tea.

The room was smaller than what we expected (size of a good 3 stars rather than a 4 stars hotel) but the overall service (reception, breakfast, room service, spa) was good, clean and professional. The hotel is pretty well located in the calm area near Termini Station, we will probably stay at this hotel next time.

Wir waren soweit sehr zufrieden! Pro: Sauber; schönes Zimmer; sehr gute Lage, um direkt vom Hauptbahnhof aus in alle Richtungen die Stadt zu erkunden; freundliches Personal; sehr preiswert. Kontra: Etwas hellhörige Wände; WLAN hätte angeblich 15€ für 10 Stunden oder so ähnlich gekostet. Da komme ich mit meinem deutschen Handy günstiger weg... ;-)

sinceramente tanto mi pareja como yo quedamos muy pero que muy contentos con el trato del personal, sobretodo con los chicos que trabajan en el turno de la noche. La habitacion perfecta y el desalluno tambien. si vuelvo a ir a Roma sin dudarlo repetiria el mismo hotel por todo. No tengo nada malo q aportar. todo fue perfecto. El edificio es viejo pero las habitaciones sin clasicas. todo perfecto tanto limpieza y comodidad
